Minutes From St Anne’s Christian Women’s Meeting – 11\/11\/2025<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

St. Anne\u2019s Christian Women met Tuesday, November 11, 2025 in Mary Hall beginning with fellowship at 6:30 pm.\u00a0 President Karen DesAutels called the business meeting to order at 6:45 pm with opening prayer and pledge of allegiance.\u00a0 Eighteen members were present.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Motion was made to dispense with reading the previous meeting\u2019s minutes as they were published already.  President Karen asked if there were any corrections of the published minutes.  As there were no corrections made, the motion was seconded and passed.  We are still actively looking for a member to fill the secretarial position.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Treasurer’s report showed a balance of $3,605.16 in savings and $404.89 in checking for a total of $4,010.05.  Motion was made to approve the Treasurer’s report, motion was seconded and passed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A.<\/strong>\u00a0 OLD BUSINESS<\/strong>
1.\u00a0 The Remembrance Mass reception was celebrated with thirty-five people in attendance.\u00a0 Everyone enjoyed the fellowship the reception offered.
2.\u00a0 Our November breakfast to be held on November 23rd<\/sup> was discussed.\u00a0 Jolene will be ordering and picking up the rolls from Cold Spring Bakery.\u00a0 It was shared that our eggs will be donated this year.\u00a0 Set up will be on Saturday at 9:00 am except for the craft area, which will start at 8:00 am.
3.\u00a0 The project of writing out Christmas cards was discussed.\u00a0 We currently are planning to send out thirty-eight cards.\u00a0 It was agreed that we write out the cards on Monday, December 1st<\/sup> at 10:00 am.\u00a0 Karen will contact those who volunteered for this project letting them know where this activity will take place.\u00a0
4. \u00a0The possible donation to KYES was tabled until the December meeting.
5.\u00a0 The Sharing Tree agenda item was tabled until the December meeting.
6.\u00a0 No one from our group attended the West Central Fall Deanery Meeting on October 28th<\/sup>.\u00a0 Therefore, an update was not available. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

B.\u00a0 NEW BUSINESS<\/strong>
1.\u00a0 Our next meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 9th<\/sup>.\u00a0 The following was agreed upon:\u00a0 members will bring a dish to pass for the potluck dinner, and six cookies to share, all are asked to bring a Baby Jesus gift (unwrapped), items for The Place of Hope (i.e., toiletries, slightly used warm clothing, new socks, hats, gloves, etc.).\u00a0 It was agreed that members would also bring a gift to be exchanged.\u00a0 Games will be provided by Julie Kraemer and Bonnie Edelbrock.\u00a0 Music will be led by Ginia Meyer.\u00a0 No doubt, fun will be had by ALL.
2.\u00a0 Christmas gifts to our two priests was discussed and finalized.
3.\u00a0 Membership discussed the ministry of volunteering at The Place of Hope again this year.\u00a0 Julie Kraemer and President Karen will be heading this project.\u00a0 It was agreed that this service project take place in the spring.
4.\u00a0\u00a0 Tracy Dombrovski distributed the ATN Proposal which was discussed at a recent meeting at Holy Cross.
5.\u00a0 The halo this month will be sent to Mary Neidermeier thanking her for sharing her musical talent and for initiating and organizing so many activities that serve others.
6.\u00a0 Door Prize was awarded to Linda Kaiser.\u00a0 Congratulations, Linda!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C.\u00a0 COMMISSION REPORT<\/strong>
Char Volkmuth gave a brief report on Forty Days for Life.\u00a0 All were encouraged to consider walking, even if not on a regular basis, for the Forty Days for Life Campaign.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

D.  NEXT MEETING DATE:  December 9, 2025 (6:00 PM)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

E.\u00a0 Closing Prayer and Prayer Exchange<\/strong>
Members exchanged names for Prayer Partners.\u00a0 Please pray daily for your new prayer partner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

F.\u00a0 Adjournment<\/strong>
The meeting was adjourned at 7:45 pm.\u00a0 (Again, amazing, all of this was done in one hour!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
